Please review these terms before reserving a Blackwoods Yorkies puppy.
Deposits & Holding Fees
A non-refundable holding fee is required to reserve a puppy and hold your place in line. This fee is applied toward the total purchase price on the day of pick-up. Because it removes the puppy from availability to other families, the holding fee is non-refundable for any reason.
Health Guarantee
Every puppy leaves with a written health guarantee, which is part of our purchase contract. Full terms, conditions, and coverage details are outlined in the Purchase Contract. Buyers are responsible for following the care instructions provided to keep the guarantee valid.
Payment
We accept cash on pick-up and PayPal for deposits. Financing is available through an independent third-party company. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of pick-up.
Pick-Up & Delivery
Arrangements are made individually and may include in-person meeting, airport pick-up, or a flight nanny service. Travel and delivery costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Right to Refuse
Blackwoods Yorkies reserves the right to refuse the placement of any puppy for any reason we feel is not in the puppy's best interest.
